The main objective of black economic empowerment plan that
was founded in 2003 as Broad-Based Black
Economic Empowerment Strategy as a precursor to the B-BBEE Act is – to
correct inequalities that were placed on the black population in the past
through apartheid. Here comes the name Pain Joy Pain Inc. that focuses on
supporting and helping poor and deprived black people who lack opportunities in
terms of education, health, jobs,
participations and skill development.
The plan encourages the process of participation of so-called organizations to stand up and help the people, especially deprived and economically disadvantaged black people in the economic system. Also, it focuses to defeating systemic oppression of black and contributing the economic growth.
Black Economic Empowerment Plan for Creating a Basis for Equal Treatment
To support
and help black people all around the world, especially in America who are
suffering from systemic oppression of black, Pain Joy Pain has started black economic empowerment
plan. The plan sometimes called code of good practice for the empowerment of
black people. Every human should have equal rights irrespective of class, caste
or creed. Bearing in mind this empowerment plan has emerged.
The history of oppression and inequality against black people are horrible. It has resulted in an economic and opportunities based on race. Therefore, it has resulted the majority of black people cannot enjoy the same opportunities like others. The plan presented by Pain Joy Pain Inc. aims at putting for the real black voice. The purpose is to bridge the gap between formal and substantive equality to ensure that all black people fully enjoy the right to equality and treated same like other people in the world. It helps foster the goals of a pro-employment developmental growth path.
